A new attorney has been appointed to Tyler Prescott in his homicide case.
Lycoming County attorney William J. Miele will now represent Prescott who faces the death penalty for the rape and murder of his 2-year-old son in Bradford back in August.
Prescott’s previous attorney, Chris Pentz, stepped down in December after Prescott made unfounded accusations against him of conspiring with District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer.
