A Bradford man was sentenced in McKean County Court Thursday after selling crack to a confidential informant back in July.
54-year-old Brian Fitzpatrick to 7 to 24 months incarceration.
Fitzpatrick was also ordered by the judge to pay restitution to the McKean County Drug Task Force, pay the lab user fee, and provide a DNA sample among other terms.
