An Eldred man and a Bradford teen were both charged after a reported fight at a Windfall Road residence in Eldred Tuesday afternoon.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 21-year-old Joseph Rivera and a 17-year-old girl with harassment for physical contact.
Both individuals received a citation.
