A Salamanca man was charged Monday morning after an alleged past incident at a Dan Eaton Drive residence in Allegany.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 45-year-old Douglas A. Farnham with Assault, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Unlawful Imprisonment.
Farnham was arraigned in Salamanca City Court where he was remanded to the jail on $1,000 bail.
Farnham is scheduled to return to court on a later date.
