A Bradford man had his last date of plea in one case continued while pleading guilty in a different case in McKean County Court Thursday.
55-year-old Angelo Mininni’s last day to plea for his DUI charge was continued until March 12.
Mininni also pleaded guilty to shoving a person in April of 2024, causing minor injuries, while publicly intoxicated to a degree that he became a danger to himself and others.
Sentencing in this case was set for March 5.
