A Hinsdale man was charged with trespassing at the Allegany Walmart Friday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 29-year-old James A. Walton with criminal trespass after being previously banned from the property in 2024.
James was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned in Allegany Town Court on a later date.
