The Olean Police Department is partnering with two nonprofits to identify a man known as the Olean John Doe, who passed away in July of 2023.
“The Missing Link Family Tree” and “WNY Missing & Unidentified Persons” are trying to raise funds for advanced DNA testing that will attempt to find the John Doe’s genetic relatives.
