Olean City Firefighters contained a structure fire on W. Green St. on Valentine’s Day.
Units were originally mistakenly dispatched to 312 S. Third St. at 2:20 p.m. but were flagged down near Green Street and advised that the correct address was 312 W. Green St. and that there were occupants trapped in the building.
The fire was deemed under control by 2:45 p.m.
Several people were evaluated on scene and transported to Olean General Hospital by Trans Am Ambulance and Allegany Emergency Medical Services.
