A Bradford man was re-sentenced on DUI charges after testing positive multiple times for meth in McKean County Court Thursday, despite claiming innocence.
32-year-old Randy Skaggs was sentenced to 72 hours to 6 months jail plus subsequent house arrest, 45 hours community service, to pay thousands of dollars in fines and court costs, will lose his license for 36 months, and was taken immediately into custody.
