A Cuba man was arrested on a sexual felony.
Cuba Police charged 50-year-old Ollen M. Johnson III with felony sex abuse, harassment and criminal mischief by preventing a person from contacting 911.
Johnson was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment.
