An Olean man was arrested after allegedly driving while intoxicated in Cuba late Tuesday night.
Cuba Police charged 28-year-old Kahmari M. Keating with Felony aggravated unlicensed operation, DWI, speeding and failure to notify DMV of address change.
Keating was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment.
