A Belfast man was arrested on child pornography charges Friday morning.
According to New York State Police, 55-year-old Riccardo Giuliano was charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child, as well as promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, both of which are felonies, based on an incident initially reported February 11th.
Giuliano was taken to Central Arraignment pending further court proceedings.
