A Salamanca man was arrested on a warrant on Sunday afternoon.
New York State Police arrested 35-year-old Jeremy M. Foster on the warrant and additionally charged him with resitting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration.
Foster was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
