A man was arrested on a felony charge after a reported break-in at a Charlotte Ave apartment late Tuesday night.
City of Bradford Police charged 50-year-old Anderson Tolbert Jr. with felony burglary, criminal trespass and theft.
The charges stem from officers conducting an investigation and allegedly finding Tolbert hiding in a closet inside a vacant upstairs apartment.
Tolbert had allegedly gained entry through a broken window where he admitted he had the intent to take items he could “profit off of.”
Tolbert was remanded to McKean County Jail on $50,000 bail.
The investigation remains ongoing.
