A Portville man was arrested on multiple felonies after a domestic incident on Tuesday afternoon.
New York State Police charged 40-year-old David P. Metcalf with a felony aggravated family offense for multiple offenses in 5 years, felony criminal mischief for property damage and acting in a manor injurious to a child.
Metcalf was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
