A Salamanca woman was charged with multiple felonies after a traffic stop in Salamanca on Sunday.
Salamanca Police charged 37-year-old Carrie Dowdy with felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Refusal to take a Breath test and felony DWI Previous Convictions in the last 10 years.
