An Olean man was arrested on a warrant after an unrelated incident at the intersection of Main St. and Higgins Ave late Wednesday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Duane A. Walter on an active bench warrant out of Olean City Court.
Walter was transported directly to The Cattaraugus County Jail, where he will be held, awaiting further court proceedings.
