New York State Police and local law enforcement agencies will increase patrols statewide during the St. Patrick’s Day period to crack down on drunk driving.
State troopers and local officers will conduct sobriety checkpoints, increase patrols and enforce underage drinking laws in an effort to keep New York roadways safe.
The enforcement campaign began Monday and will run through St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday, March 17.
