A Portville woman was arrested on a felony after a domestic incident Wednesday afternoon.
New York State Police charged 28-year-old Kayla Marie Causer with felony assault with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon.
Causer was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
