A headless and handless body found in Andover back in 1970 has officially been identified as a Potter County man.
The dismembered male body found on Davis Hill Road on March 20, 1970, has now been identified by the FBI and New York State Police as 35-year-old Clyde A. Coppage of Genessee, Pennsylvania.
Coppage was not originally from the area and had never been reported missing.
