A Bradford man was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on Route 219 in Carrollton early this morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 53-year-old William H. Cabisca Jr., the passenger of the vehicle, with felony Possession of a Stimulant and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Cabisca was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and suboxone strips.
Cabisca was released with an appearance ticket and is due to appear at Carrollton Town Court at a later date.
