An Olean man was arrested for a drug felony after a traffic stop in Olean Saturday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 40-year-old Justun A. Vance with felony possession of a controlled substance and Obstructing Governmental Administration.
Vance was allegedly found to be in possession of a white powdery substance suspected to be cocaine.
Vance was arraigned in the City of Olean Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail pending further court proceeding.
