Three Buffalo residents were arrested on drug and weapon felonies after a traffic stop on Buffalo Street in Allegany Friday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Daquan J. Shaw, 23-year-old Robin M. Hadley and 41-year-old Darryl D. Mitchell after the report of an erratic driver.
All three were charged with a weapon felony and traffic infractions.
Hadley was also charged with an additional weapon felony, felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
The charges stem from K9 Cash indicated the scent of drugs on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Deputies allegedly found a loaded .22 caliber Revolver, a .45 caliber ACP Semiautomatic Handgun with a loaded magazine next to it, a switchblade knife, fentanyl, crack cocaine, packaging material, and a scale with white residue.
Hadley, Shaw, and Mitchell were remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail and are all due in the Town of Allegany Court at a later date for further proceedings.
