A Bradford man was charged with shooting a BB Gun at the window of a Leland Ave Apartment Tuesday afternoon.
City of Bradford Police charged 21-year-old Mearlyn Lee Atkinson with criminal mischief and harassment.
The charges stem from Atkinson allegedly admitting to owning the CO2 pistol and firing 5 to 9 shots at the window, stemming from a prior disagreement between him and the victim.
No one was in the room where the window was broken and the estimated damage is valued at $450.
A court hearing date is pending.
