A Salamanca man was arrested after the report of a suspicious person Thursday morning.
New York State Police charged 35-year-old Jeremy M. Foster with criminal mischief for property damage, false personation, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
Foster was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
