A Salamanca man was arrested on a felony warrant at the Genesis House in Olean Sunday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Dillon J. Lichy on an active Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court.
Lichy was also charged with possession of a controlled substance after he was allegedly found to be in possession of fentanyl.
Lichy was transported to the Cattaraugus County jail where he will be held pending future court proceedings.
