An Olean man was arrested Monday morning on a felony charge connected to a domestic incident reported on Friday.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 39-year-old Anthony J. Licht with felony criminal contempt and harassment.
Anthony was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail pending further court proceedings.
