A Bronx man was charged in three cases on the same day in Cattaraugus County Friday.
At around 9:30AM, New York State Police charged 37-year-old Andre W. Shaw with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs in Salamanca.
Shaw was issued an appearance ticket and released.
Then at around 3:30PM, state police charged Shaw with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and criminal possession of cannabis in Olean.
Shaw was issued an appearance ticket for this case as well and released.
Then at 5PM, state police charged Shaw with criminal mischief with intent to damage property in Olean.
Shaw was issued an appearance ticket for this case as well and released.
