An Eldred resident was charged after a one-vehicle accident on Route 16 in Olean early Saturday morning.
New York State Police charged 27-year-old Kasey C. Gordon with felony DWI with a previous conviction within 10 years and felony operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher with a previous conviction within 10 years.
Gordon was issued an appearance ticket is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
