A man is facing a petit larceny charge after an incident in the Town of Allegany. New York State Police say 37-year-old William Twoguns was arrested Sunday afternoon in the City of Olean on one count of petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, in connection with a reported theft from a building. He was issued an appearance ticket.
