The Bradford Owls baseball team is off to a strong start this spring under legendary head coach Tom Tessena — who is in his fifty-fifth year leading the program. Fifty-five years. That’s not a typo.
The Owls picked up a dominant thirteen-to-two win over Coudersport last Thursday behind a masterful performance from pitcher Brody Haviland — who threw a complete-game two-hitter, striking out ten Falcons. At the plate, Tarren Reese went three-for-four and Lucas Wallace added a triple to lead the Bradford offense.
Early results suggest this group means business. Bradford’s 2026 campaign continues with Allegheny Mountain League play heating up in the weeks ahead.
Coach Tessena and the Owls — keeping Bradford baseball alive and well.
