A Rochester woman is facing felony charges in connection with a fraud case out of Cattaraugus County. Latonya Nelson, 40, was arrested yesterday afternoon in Arcade and is being held without bail. Nelson faces charges of fourth degree grand larceny by credit card, identity theft for allegedly assuming another person’s identity to obtain goods worth more than 500 dollars, and unlawful possession of personal identification. The fraud was initially reported last November in the town of Ischua. The case remains under investigation.
