An Olean teenager was charged with driving while intoxicated on Hastings Road early Sunday morning.
New York State Police charged the 17-year-old with DWI, Aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18%, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and obstruction of governmental administration.
The teen was issued an appearance ticket is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
