A Hinsdale man was arrested on a warrant after a bicycle stop on the corner of W State and 3rd Streets in Olean Sunday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department charged 29-year-old James A Walton with petit larceny from a theft reported in Olean earlier in the month.
Walton was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
