A Cuba man was charged with DUI in Portville Tuesday night.
New York State Police charged 52-year-old Richard Lewis Duell with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving.
Duell was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
