An Olean man was arrested on multiple warrants after a foot chase with police when he was found by patrol on the 200 block of N 15th St Monday evening.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Joshua R. Pettygrove on multiple felony warrants out of Cattaraugus County Court.
He was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
Pettygrove was transported directly to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he will be held, awaiting further court proceedings.
