Thomas McElhattan was found guilty on all charges on Day three of his murder trial.
A jury deliberated for 4 hours and found him guilty of 1st degree murder, aggravated assault and two counts of reckless endangerment in the shooting of 21-year-old Rebecca Haynes.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 24.
