A Bradford man was charged after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend at a Main Street Apartment in Bradford late Tuesday night.
City of Bradford Police charged 43-year-old Bryan Scott Parks with felony strangulation, simple assault and harassment.
Parks, who was allegedly intoxicated, bragged about cheating on the victim while she packed her belongings to leave.
The victim alleged that Parks grabbed her by the throat, choked her, pushed her up against a wall and threw her to the ground.
Parks was remanded to McKean County Jail on $20,000 bail. Preliminary hearings are scheduled in the matter.
