An Olean man was charged after an incident at the Allegany Walmart Monday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 43-year-old Joshua Jay Mosher with two counts of Trespass.
The charges stem from Mosher allegedly entering the store twice in one day after being banned from the property back in 2025.
Mosher was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned in court on a later date.
