A homeless Olean man was charged after an incident at the Allegany Walmart on Tuesday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department charged 34-year-old Sean D. Dewitt with trespass after returning to the property after being banned from the property three times.
Dewitt was issued an appearance ticket and scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
