A homeless man was charged Sunday afternoon in Amity for a menacing incident reported Saturday evening in Allegany.
New York State Police charged 50-year-old Johnathan J. Johnson with felony weapon possession after a previous conviction and menacing with a weapon.
Johnson was held without bail.
