A homeless man and a homeless woman were arrested after the execution of a search warrant at the Maple Branch Inn Hotel in Cuba Tuesday evening.
Cuba Police charged 43-year-old Jason R. Rogers and 28-year-old Alisa G. Gomolka with felony possession of stolen property.
Rogers was additionally charged with three counts of trespass, criminal possession of a skimmer device with intent to use for identity theft and felony grand larceny.
This case stems from a month-long investigation into several vehicle break-ins and other complaints in the Village of Cuba.
Gomolka and Rogers allegedly possessed more than 7 stolen credit cards and other items.
Rogers was remanded to the Allegany County Jail while Gomolka was released to appear in court at a later date.
