A Salamanca man was arrested Thursday morning on child pornography charges after an incident in Olean initially reported in June of 2023.
New York State Police charged 42-year-old Jacob M. Lamberson with felony possession of a sexual performance by a child.
Lamberson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
