A Buffalo man was charged after a theft from a building in Allegany Friday evening.
New York State Police charged 40-year-old Keenan J. Wagner with petit larceny and obstruction governmental administration.
Wagner was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
