An Olean man was charged with attempting to fight several pedestrians in the N 12th St and W State St area on Monday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 28-year-old Shade A. John with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct for Violent Behavior.
Patrol intervened with John who allegedly continued to be aggressive and attempted to engage in a fight with patrol.
John was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
