The Olean Police Department will increase patrols in and around Lincoln Park and other areas where public safety concerns have been identified.
Olean Mayor Amy B. Sherburne announced in a press release Wednesday that an Olean employee was “menaced” in the city employee parking area of Lincoln Park Wednesday morning.
The City of Olean is also researching ordinances regarding unauthorized encampments to protect public spaces while complying with all laws.
