A federal judge scheduled a status conference to discuss sentencing hearings for Shane and Sean Hvizdzak in their $31 million cryptocurrency fraud case for Sept. 10.
The Hvizdzak brothers both pleaded guilty in 2025 to federal charges stemming from their fraud scheme.
Shane remains in federal custody after the judge revoked his bond, finding evidence he committed more wire fraud while awaiting sentencing.
No sentencing dates have been set for either brother.
