An Olean man, an Olean woman and a Jamestown man were all charged in a drug bust at a lower N 4th St apartment late Tuesday night.
Olean Police charged 33-year-old Dana N. Magara, 33-year-old Kylie R Holdcroft and 31-year-old Krystafur J Bowman with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, felony Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Possession of a Firearm.
Magara and Holdcroft were both given an additional felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The charges stem from a lengthy investigation of potential drug sales at this apartment.
Police allegedly found 51 grams of Crack Cocaine, 40 grams of Fentanyl, a digital scale, $3600 cash, a sawed-off shot gun and a .22 caliber rifle inside the residence.
Bowman was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail while Magara and Holdcroft were released per New York State Bail Reform.
