The Port Allegany man charged with killing a Port Allegany woman in February of 2025 was convicted of first-degree Murder Wednesday.
29-year-old Brian Kuchinka pled guilty to causing the death of K-Leigh Hill-Nelson and abuse of a corpse during a hearing in September, but did not agree that he intentionally killed her, leaving the Judge to decide the degree of homicide, ultimately deciding on premeditated murder.
