An Olean man was charged with a felony after a two-car accident on Route 16 in Hinsdale on Saturday afternoon.
New York State Police charged 47-year-old Nickilaus Alexander Tanyi with Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .18%, felony Aggravated DWI with a passenger under the age of 16 and acting in a manor injurious to a child.
Tanyi was released to the custody of a third party and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
